There has been an increase of scooter rental companies in Vegas that are conducting businesses from an unknown location. They don’t have a physical business address and are charging almost the same rates. Most of them are buying  used scooters and painting them to different colors with a spray can. The Victory 10 model only comes in two colors (Red & Blue) if your see a scooter of a different color it has been spray painted. Do your research before renting your scooter in Vegas.
